Who We Are

The Education and Climate Leadership Alliance International (ECLA Int.) is a global non-governmental, non-profit organization dedicated to the holistic advancement of youth and marginalized communities worldwide. While our roots are firmly planted in Liberia—where we test and refine our grassroots models—our mission knows no borders.

ECLA works across communities facing interconnected challenges in education, career readiness and alignment, and environmental vulnerability, with a particular focus on developing and emerging nations, including Sub-Saharan Africa.
