Who We Are
Education and Climate Leadership Alliance International (ECLA Int.) is a community-centered nonprofit organization working to expand access to quality education, career and leadership opportunities, and meaningful climate action.
With Liberia as our operational hub and an international outlook, ECLA works alongside young people, schools, communities, civil society organizations, governments, businesses, and partners to develop solutions rooted in local realities and designed for lasting impact.
